Fri 11 am - 7 pm
Sat 11 am - 7 pm

In your box, please include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email address so that we may reach out to you. Also include whether you are trading for store credit for yourself, or donating it to the Community Fund.

After your package arrives, it should take at least 2 weeks to process your items.

You can choose between 2 options:

Credit: 15% of estimated value
Mutual Aid: donate your 15% shop credit to the WBT Community Fund. Read more about it HERE.

Please note: at the end of the process, we will not provide you with a detailed breakdown of each item, but instead a total amount for either cash or credit.

🔸 Trading is first come, first serve - customers will be helped in the order they arrived.

🔸 We can only accept two bins (OR two 13 gallon garbage bags) worth of goods at a time. The bins we use are approximately 23x18x14.

🔸 If you have a larger batch of things you specifically think would do well in the store, please call or reach out to buying@witchbitchthrift.com to see if we can accommodate your batch.

🔸 Please be mindful of the condition of your items. Make sure the pieces are clean, without any stains, odors, holes, excessive pet fur, excessive stretching, or missing parts. Anything that is not in good enough condition will be returned to you or discarded.

🔸 If you fail to uphold any of the guidelines (i.e. if your batch contains underwear, or has foul odors, etc), you will forfeit your opportunity to receive credit and your drop off will be considered a donation to the Community Fund.

🔸 We reserve the right to refuse any batches that do not meet these standards.

SAME DAY CREDIT (Wed, Thu, Fri)
12 pm - 5pm (lunch break 2 PM - 3PM)

🔸 Bring in your items to the front counter (no more than 2 bins of goods at a time)

🔸 Fill out our check in form at the register. You will then be given a buzzer to hold on.

🔸 When your buzzer is called, you are all set to go to the Buying window!

🔸 Once the buyer takes your items, she will take about 30 minutes to process them. During that time, you're welcime to wander around the store, or wait in our Black Box.

🔸 Once your items are processed, your buzzer will be called again. Head back to the buying window, return your buzzer to the buyer, and collect any items we were not able to take.

🔸 Once you collect your items, you will receive an email detailing how much credit you received and your new credit code! You will be able to use this credit immediately.

NO TRADING ON TUESDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

DROP OFFS (Fri, Sat)
11 am - 7 pm

🔸 Bring in your clothes to the front counter (no more than 2 bins of goods at a time)

🔸 Scan the QR code provided and fill out the digital Drop Off form. At that point, you will choose whether you want the store credit for yourself, or you are donating it to the Community Fund.

🔸 While you wait, we will go through your drop off quickly to move it into our own bin and make sure it is up to standard. We will give you back any pieces that we cannot accept.

🔸 Once we accept your goods, you will be added to the trading queue. Please note that it takes about 2 weeks for your drop off to move through the queue, so your patience is greatly appreciated!

🔸 When we have processed your drop off fully, we will send your credit code digitally via email. If you picked the Community Fund, that credit will be automatically processed without follow up.

NO TRADING ON TUESDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

🔸 By signing your contract and leaving your items at WBT, you understand that once your items are priced they are mixed into our general inventory and at that point they are unable to be retrieved.

🔸 Since pieces are mixed into the inventory as they are priced, you might see your piece on social media before you hear from us. But don't worry! You should receive an email shortly with your credit.

🔸 Please be mindful that the Drop Off process can take 2 weeks at minimum, and a WBT representative will be in touch when your batch is ready, with no need to follow up. We do not have the bandwidth to respond to individual inquiries about pending drop-offs and appreciate your patience!
